Polyester fiber sound-absorbing board is a porous acoustic material made of environmentally friendly polyester fiber (such as recycled PET plastic) through hot pressing molding process. With its unique fiber interweaving structure, it can effectively absorb medium and high frequency sound waves of 500Hz-4000Hz and reduce the indoor reverberation time by 0.4-0.8 seconds (NRC value 0.6-0.95). The product has B1 fireproof performance (GB8624 standard), density range of 12-45kg/m³ (common thickness 9-25mm), surface can be wrapped with cloth, and more than 30 kinds of decoration options such as solid color, wood grain, stone grain, etc.
Its advantages include: the weight is only 1/3 of the traditional wooden sound-absorbing board, strong impact resistance, no deformation in the environment of -20℃ to 60℃, and formaldehyde emission ≤0.03mg/m³. It is suitable for scenes such as concert halls, open offices, and home theaters. During installation, it can be fixed to the base surface by gluing, snapping or concealed keel. Daily maintenance only requires regular vacuuming. The service life can reach more than 10 years. It is a modern architectural decoration solution that combines acoustic performance and sustainability.
