The Hexagon Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panel is an eco-friendly decorative and functional material made from 100% polyester fiber (recycled PET). It is produced through a high-tech hot-pressing process, combining excellent sound absorption, decoration, and environmental safety.

Key Features
1. Excellent Sound Absorption
As a porous sound-absorbing material, the panel contains countless interconnected micro-holes. When sound waves enter these pores, they create friction with air molecules and fibers, converting sound energy into heat energy. This effectively reduces noise, particularly in the mid-to-high frequency range (such as human speech and phone rings). The Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) typically reaches 0.8 or higher.
2. Eco-Friendly & Safe
The product is non-toxic, dust-free, and safe for skin contact. It usually meets E0 or E1 grade environmental standards, is formaldehyde-free, and has no irritating odor, making it harmless to both human health and the environment.
3. Fire Resistant & Moisture Proof
Polyester fiber inherently possesses flame-retardant properties, typically achieving a Class B1 (difficult to ignite) fire rating or higher. Additionally, the material is non-hygroscopic and resistant to mold. It maintains excellent dimensional stability in humid environments without warping or mildew.
4. Aesthetic & Durable
The panels feature a dense texture with good tensile strength and impact resistance, making them durable. With a rich variety of surface textures and a wide range of colors (usually dozens to choose from), they can be customized to meet specific design needs. The panel itself serves as the decorative finish, eliminating the need for additional coverings.
